Fuimus was founded on a straightforward observation: property owners and managing agents were being let down by fragmented FM supply chains. Maintenance contractors, cleaning companies, compliance auditors, and project managers — each operating in silos, each pointing at the next when something went wrong.
We built Fuimus to be different. From our base in South East London, we deliver all four FM service lines under a single managed contract. One account manager. One performance report. One point of accountability. When a building under our management has a compliance gap, a mechanical failure, or a cleaning standard that's slipped, we fix it — without the client having to coordinate across multiple contractors.
Since 2019, we have grown our portfolio across London, working with Build-to-Rent operators, commercial landlords, healthcare facilities, and retail property managers. Our directly employed teams — not subcontractors — deliver consistent standards on every site we manage.
